If you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. If it is within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will need to contact me directly and you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of services booked. Any no call/no shows will be charged 75% of services booked. In the instance of 2 no call/no shows, you will not be permitted to book on my website and may be required to pay a deposit to secure an appointment time.
